The First Prise Properties “Shuck and Clucks” BBQ Team competed again this year at the 7th annual “Oinktoberfest” in Clarence, NY. Our “team” members will be cooking everything from brisket to chicken, ribs to pork butt, and shucking a few clams (just for snacking) in this two day KCBS event.
We had a HUGE improvement this year getting to 13th place on our brisket! Three away from a trophy!!!
The event is part of the month long Pumpkin Festival and brings 47 in BBQ teams from around the USA and Canada. “Oinktoberfest” is the only KCBS sanctioned event in New York State and takes place each year in Clarence, NY.
